Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipping method is UPS.

Expedited shipping is available and must be designated at time of order placement.

Prices are determined by UPS. All orders will ship from Milpitas, CA.  
 
Orders will ship within 3 business days, unless a product is out of stock.  In the event an item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated date of delivery.

Orders may be cancelled prior to processing by calling in to customer service. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once the item has shipped.

All returns will require an RMA number for a full refund. To receive your RMA number promptly, email customer service:

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.

Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
